The Canadian - Australasian freighter, Waihemo, was torn from its moorings at Power Rivei during a gale which lashed the Pacific coast last night. The Waihemo was rescued undamaged by tugs. The ship is loading paper for Australia.— Vancouver, November 1. . •_
