HAGANAH PLEDGE
“CONTINUE THE UNDERGROUND STRUGGLE” CRITICISM OF BRITAIN (Rec. 10.45 a.m.) JERUSALEM, Oct. 15. The illicit radio. “Voice of Israel,” announced that the Haganah has pledged itself to continue the underground struggle “with every means at our disposal.” ; The broadcaster added: “The British Government’s refusal to change its anti-Zionist policy leaves us only one alternative—fight and do all in our power to demonstrate our repudiation of the oppressive measures. The struggle will be widespread, involving Palestine Jewry. We shall walk hand-in-hand with the extremists and moderates.”
