Jews and London Conference
(Rec. 10.25 a.m.) LONDON, Sept. 6. So far no replies have been received from any of the 16 Jewish organisations and individuals invited to attend the Palestine conference in London. The Press Association says it seems unlikely that the Jewish Agency will be at the conference when it is opened, but it is hoped that it will participate later. The delegates from Saudi Arabia, Egypt, and Yemen arrived today. The secretary general of the Arab League, Assam Bey, will arrive to-morrow.
