A further series of .matches in the Greymouth Table Tennis Union’s competition was played this week, the following being the results: — National Service, 7 sets, defeated Loco, 5 sets. St. Columba. 8 sets, defeated P. and. T. “A”,.4 sets. Runanga “B” 7 sets, defeated Grey Aero Club 5 sets. Runanga “A” 7 sets, defeated Dispatch “A” 5 sets. Grey Motors 11 sets, defeated Dispatch “B” 1 set. Social Security 10 sets, defeated St. John’s Badminton. Club 2 sets. P. and T. “B” 14 games, defeated Woolworths 13 games. Next Week’s Fixtures.
The following fixtures have been arranged for next week: — “A” Grade: Dispatch “A” V St. Columba. Dispatch “B” v St. John’s Badminton Club. Social Security v Runanga “B.” P. and T. “A’ v Runanga “A.” Grey Motors v Grey Aero Club.
“B” Grade: National Service v Woolworths “B.” Loco v P. and T. “B.” Dispatch “C” v Wool worths “A.”
