Russian Journalists Tour. Three visiting Russian journalists have accepted an invitation to make a trip of their own choosing throughout America at the Government’s expense The journalists are Ilya Ehrenbers of Izvestia, Konstantin Simonov, of Red Star, and General Mikhail Galakionov, military correspondent of Pravda. They originally came to Washington to address a meeting of the American Society of Newspaper. Editors. —Washington, April 22. Treason Charges . Reuter’s correspondent says that nine Maltese British subjects, including a Franciscan monk, have been brought-to Valetta by air from Italy' to be charged before magistrates with treason. Nine other Maltese British subjects previously brought from Italy were also charged with treasonable activities. The charges resulted from a prolonged visit to Italy by a police mission.— London, April 23.
