An Indian naval sloop, Sutlej, left Kure to-day, towing a 1000-ton Japanese submarine which is to be sunk in Bungo Strait. Of 25 other submarines found in Kure harbour, some will be used for target practice and others will be scrapped.—Tokio, April 16.
