A conductor . employed t by the Auckland Transport Board, Arthur Wallace Croxford, aged 44 (Mr. Haigh), was charged before Mr. F. H. Levien, S.M., with the theft of sums of money amounting to 1/2. He admitted the thefts and was ordered to come up for sentence if called upon within 12 months.
