The Prime Minister, Mr. Fraser, presided. The Prime Minister reported on his mission abroad. A resolution was carried amid applause congratulating him on his services to New Zealand and the world. A welcome was extended to the High Commissioner for New Zealand, in London, Mr. Jordan, who addressed the members on his work in London. Good wishes were extended to him for his voyage to Britain and for his further period of service in London. Mr. Jordan will leave Wellington for London to-morrow.
