PEACE CONFERENCE LIKELY TO BE POSTPONED
Rec. 1 p.m.) LONDON, Mar. 19. The prospects of holding the Peace Conference in Paris in May are becoming steadily more remote, says the Press Association s diplomatic correspondent. The Foreign Ministers’deputies to-day resumed drafting the peace treaties, but neither the Italian treaty nor the Rumanian treaty is anywhere near complete and the Bulgarian treaty has not yet been started.
