SIMPLE OYSTER SAVOURIES Oyster savouries and many other delicious dainties are so simple if Fether-Flake is used, as so much time and trouble is saved. FetherFlake is perfect puff pastry ready to roll out and bake. Oyster Fingers: Alb Fether-Flake rolled to half-inch thickness. Cut into small strips, then bake. When cooked split and fill with the following mixture: loz. flour, 1 oz. butter, | pint milk, A teaspoon lemon juice, salt and pepper. Beard 11 doz. oysters, chop and add to sauce (do not boil). Oyster Savouries: j lb. FetherFlake (roll out thin), cheese sprinkled over, then rolled out again -J inch thick. Cut in small rounds, then bake.
