MEETING OF EXECUTIVE

A decision to invite representatives of the press to future meetings was made at a meeting of the executive of the Greymouth Branch of the Returned Services’ Association, last evening. Mr. O. McLean presided over a good attendance.

The president and the secretary were empowered to select delegates to attend the conference of West Coast branches of the association to be held at Hokitika on March 16. It was decided to send a letter of thanks to the Lake Brunner Subbranch for a donation to the tobacco fund and for their interest in servicemen patients.
