FOUR OUTBREAKS OK SHIPS (Rec. 11.30 a.m.) LONDON, March 1. Liverpool detectives are investigating whether four mysterious fires on ships within 12 hours were maliciously caused, says the ■ Evening News. The Drottningholm at one time listed 15 degrees, but righted herself. The passengers, mostly women and children, walked or slept on the quayside all night after they had been rescued from their cabins. The damage to the Drottningholm does not appear to be extensive. The Liverpool National Fire Service stated that since February 16 it has received, three oher calls to fires in ships in the Mersey port.
