RUNANGA PRIMARY SCHOOL SWIMMING CARNIVAL
The Runanga School swimming sports meeting was held in the Runanga swimming baths on Thursday afternoon in brilliant sunshine. The meeting was highly successful, and each event was contested keenly by the large number of competitors. A feature of the sports was the keen competition for the Manderson Shield, awarded to the school house gaining the most points in the tournament. Results were as follow:—
