A Good One: Bruce won the Anniversary Handicap at Trentham with 8.3 in lmin 37sec, and proved that the general opinion about his racing merit did not run to extravagance. He is in two races on Saturday, and will be heavily supported in whichever race is chosen for him.
Early Prospect: Aberhall, who was well supported for the Flying Handicap at Forbury Park, ran a good race after losing ground at the start. He has won three times this season. He is a four-year-old gelding by Dillon Hill—Moradine, by Adioo Guy— Nyola, by O.Y.M. Aberhall will bo at a short price at his next .start. Favourite Again: Gay Stroller won the Douro Handicap in an effortless manner on Tuesday at Trentham, and despite his weight of 9.2, will be favourite for the Kaitoke Handicap of one mile on Saturday.
