BULG A RI 9 SOFIA, October 22. Georgi Dimitrov, who assumed Russian citizenship after the Reichstag fire trial in 1933, has resumed Bulgarian nationality. He will shortly reurn to Bulgaria for the elections, standing as a Communist candidate. RUMANIAN FREEDOM. BUCHAREST, October 21. The Rumanian Propaganda Minister (Mr. Constantinescu lashi), at a Press conference in Bucharest, answered charges that the Prime Minister (Dr. Groza) had suppressed nublic liberties. He declared that Rumania was a land of freedom. He added that certain liberties must be wdithheld from those “infected with the microbes of Fascism and antiSemitism.” He said that “work detachments” would replace concentration camps for those “in need of reeducation.” HUNGARIAN ELECTIONS.
