GERMAN ADMISSION. (Rec. 9.50) LONDON, March 20. The German News Agency war reporter, Walter Seidlitz, admitted that Allied bombing destroyed railway installations in Northern Italy to such an extent that road transport had almost entirely replaced rail transport.
