BOULOGNE’S RESTORATION.
(Recd. 1i).25 a.m.) LONDON. Feb. 19. The first cargo ship to -enter Boulogne for nearly 5 years, unloaded 1200 tons
of jute to-day for the textile trade in North France, marking the city’s return to maritime commerce. The port which was badly damaged by bombardments before the invasion, was only recently repaired 'and placed at the disposal of the French 'authorities for civilian and other imports.
