Mr. Jinnah, in a letter to the Indian. Liberal leader, Sietej Behadur Sapru, stated he was unable to meet the Sapru Conciliation Committee, which he did not recognise, says Reuter’s New Delhi correspondent. The Committee, which is appointed bv the Standing Committee of the Non-Party Conference in the attempt to solve India’s communal'and political problems, has been approved by Gandhi.
