BULGARIAN PEACE MOVE
LONDON, Aug. 18. The Bulgarian Prime Minister (Mr. Bagrianov), in a speech .to a special session of Parliament on August 17, condemned the former Filov Govern-
ment for entering the war without consulting the people, says the Ankara radio. Mr. Bagrianov added that the Government fully recognised this and was determined to remove obstacles standing in the way of Bulgaria’s love of peace.
