PALMERSTON NORTH, June 17. The Manawatu Racing Club’s patriotic meeting is being held at Awapimi to-day. Results:

OAKS~WINNER LONDON, June 16. The Oaks resulted: Hytnlla 1, Monsoon 2, Kannabis 3. Won oy a length, one and a-half lengths between second and third. Time, 2.30 3-5. Hycilla did not run as a two-year-old and in the only race previous to the- Oaks, ran second in a maiden stakes for throe-year-olds.
