(3) The Buildings (timber and iron construction), comprising 4room cottage complete with furniture and utensils; 3-room cottage; two 2-room cottages; and five single huts; also bath and .wash-house (h. & c. water), and large workshop with iron roof and walls (approx. 30’ x 30’). (4) Two flasks (each 70 lbs.) of quicksilver. Further particulars will be supplied on application.
