BUSH FIRES
[TO THE EDITOR.] .. Si- —I wonder who is responsible for the burning of the bush in toe Greymouth district. How anyone can set fire to it beats me. Not many towns can boast of such _beautir.ul bush. Besides, there are tne young birds to be thought of. There mrs. be thousands of them destroyed by these thoughtless individuals. —Yours, NATURAL BEAUTY.
