Campbell. and Stewart. John is the most popular Christian name for boys and Margaret for girls. Pointing to the fact that during the last 80 years Scotland has lost, over 15,000,000 of her population, the Registrar-General comments that the vitaliy of Scotland is being, or has been, sapped by the export of the most virile of her people—her young men and women.
