LONDON, January 7. Announcing that there will be no increase in the number of clothing coupons for the next six months from February 2, the president of the
Board of Trade (Dr. Dalton) said: “Nearly all our wool, cotton, and leather must come from overseas, and as the war moves to a climax in the coming months there will be many new and urgent calls upon our ships.”
