GERMAN TRANSPORT
(Rec. 1.40) ' LONDON, November- 23. All passenger traffic in German has been suspended since Sunday. Even members of the diplomatic staffs traversing Germany have been unable to travel. The Berne “Gazette de Lausanne” says this was disclosed by the German official journal,-'and it adds: Such' stringent measure has not been taken since a few days before Germany invaded Poland.
