Mr. Fraser, who is 59 years of age, was born at Hill of Fearn, Ross-shire Scotland. When Labour got into power in 1935, Mr. Fraser was appointed Minister of Education, Health and Marine. I Savage he beca’me Prime Minister and head of the War Cabinet.
