EMPIRE AVIATION.

LONDON, June 13

The “Sunday Times’s” political writer says an early conference of Empire representatives on post-war civil aviation is expected to result from preliminary consultations between the British Dominions. The object of the preliminary consultations is to ascertain the washes of the Dominions and to prepare, bases of discussion for the conference. The first task is the framing of an Empire civil aviation policy and devising machinery'with which to carry it out. As soon as an Empire policy has been agreed upon, discussions will be cnened with international interests. Meanwhile an unofficial Conservative sub-committee is examining the whole problem in detail.
