The following are details of distribution for 1942-43: —
(a) New Zealand Returned Services’ Association, £l4OO. (b) Royal New Zealand Society for the Health of Women and Children (includes provision for Maori, Karitane and/or Plunket nurses), £3OO. (c) Advisory Board, Federation of Health Camps, £500; Auckland Institute fos the Care of Backward Children, £150; Wellington AfterCare Society, £B5; Occupational Centre for Sub-normal Children, Christchurch, £115; Occupational Centre for Sub-normal Children, Dunedin, £125; Dominion Headquarters, Boy Scout Association, “handicapped scouts” £125; Cholmondeley Children’s Home, Christchurch, £150; People’s Church, Sydenharn, work among children and youth, £4O; Dominion Headquarters, Girl Guides’ Association, “handicapped guides” service, £5O. A further £960 is distributed among general objects, making the total £4BOO.
