N.Z.E.F. CASUALTY LIST

WELLINGTON, Feb. 9. The following Second N.Z.E.F. personnel are included in a casualty list issued to-day:— Died as the result of an accident: Mcßeath, Pte. George 8., Invercargill. Missing, previously reported a prisoner of war: Carter, Pte. . Charles, Whangarei. Prisoners of war, previously reported missing: Dornbush, Private Cyril A., M.M., Marton; Johnstone, Tpr. Leonard R. 8., Dunedin; Reid, Tpr. James L., Wellington. Prisoner of war, previously reported missing, believed prisoner of war: Hayes, Tpr. Richard D., Auckland; Ineson, Private Kenneth C. J., Tekapo. Wounded: Burt, Sapper Gordon L. P., AVaipawa; AVhyte, Private Stanley G., Alexandra. AIR CASUALTIES WELLINGTON, Feb. 9. The following New Zealand air personnel serving overseas have been reported as casualties, all belonging to the R.N.Z.A.F.:—

Killed on active service.—Norriss, Pilot Officer Geoffrey Alexander, Nelson,

Previously reported missing, believed killed, death now officially presumed by the Air Ministry as in June. - —Christie, Flight Sergeant Arthur Stafford, Wellington. Previously reported, missing, now confirmed as prisoner of war.—McKay, Pilot Officer Frederick William, Dunedin; McKenzie, Flight .Sergeant Bruce Alexander, Featherston. Injured on active service.—Mathison, Flying Officer Howard Clifton, Nelson.
