Dr. Relph ■ Huber, of Seattle, has invented a “one-shot” hypodermic needle, which, the United States Army ’is considering adopting as part of every soldier’s kit. The needle can be operated with one hand. It would be invaluable as a lifesaver for wounded men in the battlefield. The device can be manufactured for less than a penny.
