If you do, or if your family and friends do, you will find Fether-Flake a boon in providing the following Oyster specialties that usually come within the range of only the very accomplished cook. Fether-Flake is perfect puff pastry ready to bake. OYSTER FINGERS: | lb FetherFlake rolled to Hn. thickness. Cut in small strips and bake. When cooked split and fill with following mixture: 1 oz flour, loz butter, | pint milk, j teaspoon lemon juice, salt and pepper. Make sauce with above ingredients. Beard 11- doz. oysters, chop and add to sauce (do not boil). OYSTER SAVOURIES: lb Feth-er-Flake rolled out thin. Cheese sprinkled over and rolled out again -jin thick. Cut in small rounds and bake. Put teaspoon of whipped cream on each. Place oyster on top. Garnish with red pepper. Fether-Flake is sold by all Ernest Adams’ Cake Shops and Agencies at lid per lb.
