PATROL SHIP LOST. WASHINGTON, June 4. The Navy announced the loss in the Atlantic of the small naval patrol ship, Cythera. BRITISH SURVIVORS WASHINGTON. June 3. A message from Brazil states that 40 survivors of the British merchantman Charlbury have arrived at Recife. They reported that their ship was torpedoed and sank on May 28. 300 miles off the Brazilian coast, near Fernando Noronha. Two men were killed by the torpedo explosion.
