DIVORCE COINCIDENCE

CHAS. DICKENS & SAM VELLER SYDNEY, April 2. Before the Divorce Registrar, an application in respect of service was made by Charles Frederick Dickens, of Suriy Hills, petitioner, for dissolution of his marriage with Kathleen Emma Dickens, whom he charges with adultery, and joins Sam Vellcr as co-respondent. The Registrar was informed that Vciler had been served on a Sunday. After t’ne petitioner learned that service on that day was illegal, he failed to discover the man’s whereabouts. Subsequently it was found that Vellcr a Maltese, had joined the army. The Registrar made an order dispensing with further service except by advertisement.
