OTTAWA, May 21

In the House of Commons, the Prime Minister, Mr. MacKenzie King, replied to the New Democracy Party Leader, Mr. John Blackmore, who had asked Mr. Nash if he was to be invited to address the House. Mr. McKenzie King said Mr. Nash would be asked to speak over the national network. He explained that Mr. Menzies had spoken to the Canadian House as the Prime Minister of a sister Dominion.
