WEST COAST V. AIR FORCE. The following team has been chosen to represent the West Coast in a match with Air Force at Greymouth on Saturday and Sunday next: O. Morris (captain), E. Ryan and .J. Paterson will be the umpires. At a meeting of the West Coast Association last evening, United were declared winners of the main competition. It was reported lhat an Army team will probablv play at Greymouth on March 28. The Air Force team will be as follows: Mackay. Bezzant. Milne, Ashenden, Kemp, Klitscher, Franklin, Polson, Burns, Bentley, Templeton. FIFTEEN WICKETS FOR 11 RUNS. Fifteen wickets for 11 rttns in two innings was achieved by J. R. Lamason, ' a former Wellington Plunket Shield player and New Zealand representative, in a match between Wellington. College Old Boys and Wellington in the second division of the senior competition of the Wellington Cricket Asociation on Saturday. Bowling for the Old Boys' team, Lamason took eight wickets for three runs in Wellington’s first innings and seven wickets for eight runs in the second. Wellington College Old Boys who scored .148 runs in the first innings, beat Wellington, who made 1.6 runs in the first innings and 32 in the second.
