WEST COAST APPOINTMENTS,
The following appointments and promotions in the Home 'Guard for the No. 9a (West Coast) Area officers’ personnel have been gazetted:— Major J. H. Williamson: To command No. 2 Battalion (Greymouth Headquarters) from August 1, 1941. Captain F. J. Perham: Posted to No. 3 Battalion (Hokitika Headquarters) from August 1, 1941. The gazetting of Captain Perham’s promotion to the rank of major to command No. 3 Battalion (Hokitika Headquarters) is being arranged. Captain F. C.
