WEEK-END FIXTURES.
The West Coast Cricket Association’s fixtures for the week-end are as follow: — , „ Saturday: United v. Technical, Rec. Sunday: United v. Marist 0.8., Rec. No. 1. Marist H.S. v. Runanga, at Runanga. Cobden v. Ngahere-Nelson. Creek, Rec. No. 2. The Sunday fixtures are the first round of the Knockout Competition. The United-Marist 0.8. game to be counted as both competition points and knock-out. The following players have oeen selected to practise for representative matches: D. Knapp, R. Lee, J. Russell, R. Pope, A. Fletcher, J. Guy (Cobden), R. O’Callaghan, O. Moms (Marist), G. Sansom (Marist), H. Westwood, L. Coffey, J. Haglund, B. Marshall, E. Taylor (United). Practices will be held on Tuesday and Thursday evenings, commencing next week. , „ Marist Old Boys v. United, Rec. No. 1, Sunday, 1.30 p.m.: Butler, Bayley, Clancy, Kerridge, Sansom, Leitch, Mumm, Meates, Kelly. Cunningham, McGinley.
