The West; Coast Association’s annual tournament was continued yesterday, in ideal weather. Following were the results of play after the “Star” went to press yesterday afterChampionship Singles, first life, second round: Mrs. Whibley 26, Mrs. Robertson 18. Second life, first round: Mrs. Robertson 20. Mrs. Howard 18; Mrs. Hannan 26, Mrs. Wicks 13. Second round: Mrs. Whibley 26, Mrs. McCracken 20. Semi-final: Mrs. Whibley 26, Mrs. McKay 3. Championship Doubles, first round: Mesdames F. B. Lawn and J. Sligo 26, Mesdames Wicks and C. Moss 16. Handicap Doubles: First round: Mrs. E. Moss and Mrs. C. Moss 26, defeated Mrs. Wilson and Mrs. Howard 12. Handicap Singles (over six bisques): first round: Mrs. McCarthy 26, Mrs. Veale 24. TO-DAY’S PLAY. The tournament is being continued to-day on the Makura Club’s lawns. Results of matches concluded before the “Star” went to press were as follow: — . , .
