TWO U.S. JOURNALISTS CHUNGKING, Feb. 15. Reliable reports have been received in Kunming that Japanese authorities in Shanghai executed two American journalists, namely, the New York “Herald Tribune” correspondent Mr. Victor Keen, and the pub-lisher-editor of the “China Weekly Review,” Mr. Portell.
