TORPEDOED SHIPS. WASHINGTON, January 21. Forty-four of the crew of 46 are dead on the City of Atlanta, which was sunk in the Atlantic. Two of the crew of 32 are dead on the Latvian ship Ciltvaira, also sunk. The Navy is now intensifying its submarine hunt. _
