It added: “According to one oi the oldest members of the diplomatic corps in Stockholm there is an influential group among the Nazi leaders who are inclined to meet tne demands of the German Generals lor a military dictatorship.” HIMMLER’S AUTHORITY. LONDON, July 27. The Lisbon correspondent of the “Daily Mail” says that a Germanborn naturalised American who was recently in Germany, stated that Herr Himmler, Chief of the Gestapo, has replaced Reichsmarshal Goering as Herr Hitler’s successor and No. 2 Nazi. Herr Himmler is now all powerful and has started a war against his enemies. Reichsmarshal Goering has agreed to work with him.
