BRITISH NAVAL LOSo RUGBY, July 17. The Admiralty announced that H M.S. Lady Somers, an auxiliary vessel of the Fleet, has been sunk. Of the total complement of 175 officers and men, 138 survivors have been picked up by Spanish ships, and are being landed at a neutral port. —8.0.W.
