CHOLERA IN HONG KONG.
(Recd. March 18, Noon). HONG KONG, March 1 /. People are rushing to take irrnoculations, following an outbreak'of cholera in Hong Kong. Eighty-nme cases were reported in 48 hours. The mapority of the 240 cases have proved fatal. RICE FOR JAPAN (Recd. March 18, 1.35 p.m.) SAIGON, March 17. Authoritative circles state that In-do-China and Japan agreed on the shipment of 700,000 tons of rice to Japan.
