The mapority of the 240 cases have proved fatal. RICE FOR JAPAN (Recd. March 18, 1.35 p.m.) SAIGON, March 17. Authoritative circles state that In-do-China and Japan agreed on the shipment of 700,000 tons of rice to Japan.
