AIR FORCE CASUALTIES
LIST OF NEW ZEALANDERS — [per press association.] WELLINGTON, Feb. 17. The following Air Force casualties were announced to-day:— Pilot Officer Miles Arthur George Mason, missing in air operations. Wife, Mrs. C. L. Mason, Hunstanton, Norfolk. Flying Officer Robert Douglas Campbell, previously reported missing now reported prisoner of war in Albania, and wounded in the foot. Mother, Mrs. J. O’Sullivan, Opunake. Pilot Officer Basil Ivan Clausen, previously reported missing, now reported killed in an aircraft accident. Mother, Mrs. M. Clausen. Palmerston North.
Sergeant Hardie George Hedge, missing in air operations. Father, Mr. R. C» G. Hedge, Dunedin. Sergeant Trevor Norman Bassett, died from injuries received in a flying accident. Father, Mr. A. A. Bassett, Auckland. Sergeant Neil Colin Boyle, died from injuries received in a flying accident. Mother, Mrs. F. Arbon, Wellington. Flight Lieutenant Arthur ' Vicary Hunter, missing in air operations. Father, Mr. A. J. Hunter, Christchurch. Pilot Officer William Peter "Bruce Cleary, reported seriously ill, admitted to hospital. Mother, Mrs. L. F. Cleary, Christchurch.
