LATE MESSAGES
WRECKED ITALIAN PLANES. RUGBY, January 16. Wrecked Italian planes are a prominent feature of the landscape between Bardia and Tobruk. Three fighters, within one hundred yards of one another, stand crashed on their noses, and one 579, which has not been destroyed by the Fascists, was found riddled from the nose to the rudder, with bullet holes.
