FOODSTUFFS RESTRICTIONS [BY CABLE. —PRESS ASSN. —COPYRIGHT.] MOSCOW, December 15. The sales of certain foodstuffs in Russia have been restricted by onehalf. This is reported not to be a result of scarcity but a precaution against the possibility of Russia being drawn into the war. ITALIAN BANQUET MOSCOW, December 13. M. Molotov, M. Vishinsky and other high Soviet officials have accepted an invitation to dinner to-night ,at the residence of the Italian Ambasador at Moscow, Signor Agosto Rosso. Among others invited are.,the German and the Japanese Ambassadors.
