Sir Robert Kindersley announced that the National Savings Committee has exceded its objective of £475,000,000 in the first year of the war, the savings campaign total being £475,532,981. n T . A , Addressing the National Joint Advisory Council of the Ministry of Labour, Sir Robert Kindersley stated that there were 90,000 savings groups in industrial and business concerns. He appealed to employers and Labour representatives to increase the membership. “There is not a moment to be lost,” he said.
