Subject to the approval of the Education Department, it is proposed, if ' enrolments permit, to establish a class suitable for: — (a) Those wishing to sit for Third Marine Certificate or for Stationary Engines Drivers’ Certificates*' (b) Motor Mechanics and those wishing to qualify for the “A” Grade i Motor Mechanics’ Certificate.

The Class, the common basis of which will be Applied Mechanics, will also aim at meeting the diversified needs of the above two sections. Much of the work will also be of direct use to candidates for Electrical Wiremens’ and Fitters’ certificates. If a large enrolment offers, two separate classes may be sought. All students interested should at once interview the Principal, who is available at the College office each evening from 6.55 to 7.30.
