BRITAIN’S 23’s AND 20’s REGISTER—At Ministry of Labour offices all over Britain, the registration of a further quarter million men for the forces took place one day towards the end of February. The men are the 23’s and 20’s included in the recent Royal Proclamation calling upon all men under the age of 28 to register for military service. They are allowed to state their preference for army, navy or air force.
