There was slight activity on the remainder of the front. DEFENCE OF PARIS. (Received February 21, 2 p.m.) ; PARIS, February 20. M. Chautemps announced the Government has decided that except for children, Paris will not be evacuated in the event of air-raids. Progress on the defences had ensured adequate protection.
